1. Hrithik Roshan:

There is no doubt that he has a perfectly chiselled body. He works hard with lots of perseverance to get the athletic body everyone literally worships. Hrithik follows a tasty yet healthy diet, complete with whey protein, egg whites and meatballs.

Oh, he also has a sweet tooth and has a cheat day specifically to indulge in chocolates and ice creams. The “Bang Bang” surely knows how to make exercising fun.

2. Farhan Akhtar:

Blessed with creative intellect and good looks, Farhan also tops in the “best body” category. To portray Olympian Milkha Singh in “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag”, he underwent hardcore training for 13 months to achieve the body you all saw on screen.

From lateral raises, squats and crunches to cable workouts and staying on liquid diets – Farhan did everything with utmost dedication to get the stupendous body that he has.

3. John Abraham:

He is moody. He is serious. He is a hunk. That’s John Abraham for you. The action star is known for following strict gym training for at least 2 hours every day. He also runs for about 30 minutes to maintain his strength.

He is a vegetarian and consumes huge proportions of soya and whey proteins. He does lots of heavy weight exercises which are the reason for his bulky upper body.

4. Vidyut Jamwal:

Everyone knows he does all his stunts by himself without the use of cables and body doubles! He has been practising Kalaripayattu an Indian form of martial arts – since he was 3 years old.

His daily workout routine is a mix of gym exercises and martial arts. He has already turned heads with brilliant action sequences in films such as “Force” and “Commando”.

5. Tiger Shroff:

This newbie is one of the fittest actors in B-Town today. His bulging biceps and ripped chest are the result of a serious workout regime – complete with martial arts and gymnastics. A self-acclaimed tech geek, he is the proud owner of Fitbit – a wearable, wireless activity tracker to keep a record of the number of steps walked, number of hours of sleep, etc.
