1. Dried Pulses & Beans:

Soybeans and chickpeas are rich in calories and make amazing salads. Boil them, add a couple of vegetables such as onions and olives, garnish the dish with lime and you have a healthy salad. Various kinds of dried pulses (dal) are rich in protein and fiber.

2. Dairy Products:

To gain weight quickly, eat one cup of “dahi” to strengthen your intestines. You can include cheese or Indian cottage cheese in your daily intake. Regular milk products are high in calories and also help you increase the calcium levels in your body. It’s a win-win everywhere!

3. Rice:
