When you attend a lot of parties, it is not easy to avoid some overeating and binge drinking. With all this indulging,you are bound to put on a bit of festival weight. To tone up, you need to incorporate some exercise and diet in your daily routine.However, if you feel you don’t have the time or motivation to make any major changes, then here are some small things you can implement easily:
Stretching is a good exercise for men. It will just take 10 minutes of your day, and you can do it anytime. Doing a few basic stretches with your arms, legs, neck etc. will help strengthen your muscles, and if you do regularly, it will help you tone up.

If you are not a gym freak, then at least go for a short jog in the morning, the exercise and the fresh air will do wonders for your body. Again, if you feel you don’t have the time you can even do spot jogging for 15-20 minutes in front of your television set, whenever you get time.
3. Jumping Jacks:
You have to admit, Jumping Jacks are fun! They are a good exercise for men as they leave you breathless and panting but they also bring out the kid in you. Do about 50 odd jumping jacks before getting into the shower and you’ll get that heart thumping away to healthiness.
Always climb up the stairs. Seriously, it will make a huge difference. We don’t even realize how often we use elevators, be it at work, shopping malls, your apartment building, or anywhere else. In case you encounter very few stairs on your daily beat then just do a few circuits in your own house everyday.
Incorporating healthy liquids in your diet definitely helps in cutting fat. Green tea, Matcha tea, and even hot water makes for healthy diet plan for men and helps boost your metabolism. You can switch your sugary tea/coffee break at office with green tea and you’ll notice the difference!
