Emraan Hashmi has worked hard for his role as former Indian cricket captain, Mohd. Azharuddin and it shows in the film. “Azhar” directed by Tony D’Souza hit the theatres last Friday and has done a decent business till now.
But what is most amazing is how Emraan transformed physically to play the sportsman to the hilt. From wearing four inch sole-shoes to imitating Azhar’s walking style and other body mannerisms Emraan took into consideration every tiny physical aspect.
He looked handsome that’s for sure. He even romanced two ladies on-screen (much like the veteran cricketer’s real life). So let us take a look at the things you need to do to be able to look dashing like Emraan as “Azhar”:
1. The Simple Married Man:
When Emraan’s character is married to Naureen, played by Prachi Desai, his dress sense is simple. Complete with light coloured shirts and dark trousers, Emraan romanced his first wife in the simplest yet casual manner.
You can see how neatly his hairs are kept. It shows that he is not yet a part of the glitz and glamour that he later gets accustomed to once he rises in his career.
2. The Lover Boy:
He is the “man of the hour” now. This is the time when Azhar is loved by all his fans and critics. Professionally, he is doing well. The Indian cricket team is winning matches and everything seems to be going well for him.
This is where Emraan’s character meets the popular movie star, Sangeeta Bijlani, played by NargisFakhri. He is seen romancing her in picturesque locations. He is a comfortable man and wears casual shirts and jeans paired with a sweater something synonymous with the 90’s fashion style in India.
3. Seriously Suited Up Man:
Emraan Hashmi is also seen wearing colour-coordinated, neat suits on various occasions. It is at one of the events in the film that he bumps into his second leading lady.
This look is complete with an expensive wristwatch and a sophisticated demeanour. The overall look is easy-to-copy. You just need to select the right suits!
Emraan Hashmi is one of the well-dressed actors in Bollywood. And that reflects on his character. His sense of fashion is not loud or bold. It’s definitely polished and that is what we like the most!
