It is actually funny to think about that we do so much to take care of our face but fall short of treating the neck. You don’t have to go and buy special products to take care of it either. Simply use products that you use to take care of your face to your neck. Cleanse, tone and moisturize it well. You can also start doing some neck yoga exercises to achieve a better result.
Our elbows are often neglected but they’re the easiest to pinpoint. Don’t believe us? Just go and stand in front of the mirror and you’ll know what we mean. The best thing to do to your elbow is to scrub them when you’re in the shower. Use a brush and use a good hand scrub. Once you’re out of the shower, use a good to moisturizer to keep them nourished and healthy looking.
This is a known fact that your knees bear the agony of aging way before your elbows start doing so. They’re also most exposed to abuse and damage right from our infancy. Pay extra attention to your knees. Do exercise which helps to tighten the loose skin around the area. Like the skin around your elbow, make sure you scrub your knees. You can also try massaging your knee with olive oil. It contains natural bleaching properties which can lighten the dark patches around the knees.
Your Hands and Feet
Many of us don’t know this but our hands and feet tend to lose elasticity over time. This makes the skin look lose. So when we are talking about body care it is essential that you take care of these key areas rather well. Once a month, a manicure and pedicure should be enough. Simply trim/ cut your nails, keep them in shape and keep them clean. No need to buy extra products. Simply moisturize them with your regular skin care product.
