Must Do Exercises for Building Triceps

Anyone who does gym exercises for men and wants a fit, bulky body needs to work hard for it. Big, muscular arms are much coveted and you need to focus on a lot of biceps and triceps building exercises to make them bulk up as much as you want them to. If you’re a total gym freak and want to focus on building your triceps then here are some exercises that you should do:




1. One Arm Overhead Extension:

To do this exercise, hold 1 dumbbell and raise your arm behind your head with your elbow bent. Then extend your elbow to point your arm straight overhead. Repeat this set with each arm.

2. Underhand Kickback:

For the underhand kickback, stand with a dumbbell in each hand and bend backwards, lowering your torso until it’s as parallel to the floor as possible. Then turning your palms to face in front of you, keep your upper arms against your sides, and extend your elbows till your arms are parallel to your torso. This is a difficult one to follow but will give you a lot of muscle definition!

3. Neutral Grip Press:

Hold one dumbell in each hand and lie back on a bench or any surface that raises your body slightly above the floor. Then holding the dumbbells at shoulder level with palms facing each other, press them over your chest.

4. Tate Press:

While men exercise, a great triceps building exercise is the tate press. Lie back on a bench or surface with dumbbells in both hands. Extend your arms over your chest and place your palms facing your feet. Point your elbows outward and bend them to lower the weights almost to your chest, so they make L shapes and extend your elbows.
