Facial Exercises To Get The Perfect Face Shape


While it is important to be happy with the looks we are blessed with, there is no harm in desiring for the best facial features. Having the perfect cheekbones, straight nose, apt forehead size, etc. are just some of the things that everyone wishes for.

If you are rich and really obsessed with your looks, then you can go ahead with a simple nip and tuck surgery. However, that’s not advisable. In fact, it is a foolish decision. Take the natural route and you’ll be much happier! Here are some facial exercises to give you a leaner and a better-shaped face:

 

1. Chubby Cheeks No More:

You may have the best of body: Six-pack abs, perfect height, amazing hair, etc. But if have a fuller face rather, chubby cheeks then that doesn’t complement the rest of your body. To reduce the chubbiness of your cheeks, close your mouth and press your lips together. Blow air under your upper lip and stay like this for 10 seconds. Then, transfer the air to both your left and right cheeks each and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat the set 10-15 times.

2. Chin Lifts:

If you are one of those people who gain weight quickly, especially around the chin area then you must perform chin lifts. Gaze upwards towards the ceiling. Keep your lips together tightly.Hold this position for 10 seconds and then relax.Repeat this exercise at least 10 times.Don’t use any other facial muscles apart from your lips while performing chin lifts.

3. Jaw Movements:

This exercise is simple and gives fabulous results. However, it is a little too funny! Sit straight and make your lower jaw drop as much as you can. Then, jut out the lower jaw and build tension around your cheeks especially near the ear area. Hold the position for ten seconds. This exercise is best for face muscles.

4. Smiling:

Yup. It does help to uplift the structure of the face. All you need to do is smile widely. Hold your position for about 10 seconds and do it daily. Apart from this, you can do this exercise with your mouth closed. Don’t let the lips part with each other. This exercise will also lift up your mood.

5. Tongue Movement:

Want to work on the muscles below the apple of your cheeks? It’s with this quaint exercise – stick your tongue out and stretch it as much as you can. Try to touch the chin with your tongue. If you hold this position for 10 seconds, you will feel the tension in your muscles. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times.
