1. Dumbbell Press :

You do not need Herculean DNA to sculpt your body. Set your bench at an angle of 30 to 45 degree and lie on it. Carry a dumbbell in each hand and weight it over your chest. Do at least 15 reps in sets of 3 every day to get results.
You can adjust the bench and lie flat for the same exercise. Alternate your arm movement upwards and towards your chest. This is called the ‘Alternating Dumbbell Bench Press’. Very effective for arms and toning muscles, the same routine can be followed even without a bench. You can strengthen core muscles by standing and performing the reps.

2. Spiderman Pull Up :

Grab your pull up bar and get a good grip on it before beginning. Your hands should be spread out slightly more than your shoulder width. Pull yourself up towards the right and simultaneously bend your right knee towards the bar. When your chin is above the bar, slowly lower your body down and repeat with your left side. Do 10 reps in sets of 2 or 3 with a break of 30 to 60 seconds between each set. This body movement works large number muscles at the same time, toning your shoulders, back and arms.

3. Squats :

Everyone dreads leg days and it is totally legit. But squats, if done correctly, can be easy and incredibly effective. Hold a dumbbell under your chin with your hands, feet opened till your shoulder width and toes turned a little outside. Bend your hips as far as you can while keeping your torso upright. Squats build muscles all over, burn overall fat and improve core body strength.

4. Lunges :

One of the best legs exercises that target quadriceps and simultaneously strengthens your calves and core. Lunges improve balance, hip flexibility, and core stability. You have to work hard to keep your torso upright, thereby strengthening your spine too. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and take a wide step, lower your body till you feel a stretch in your trailing leg. Continue each side as lunges train each side independently.
