Most people who work for really long hours have the perfect excuse for not eating healthy or exercising regularly. Though it’s true that fitness goals take a backseat with such a strenuous schedule, it doesn’t necessarily have to be like this. While you may or may not hit the gym regularly, it’s essential to include at least one of these 5 healthy beverages in your daily office life.
1. Green Tea:
Having green tea is the latest health fad. It helps reduce the risk of a number of diseases such as cancer, heart disease and osteoporosis, to name a few. This hot, soothing drink has a high level of natural antioxidants that strengthen the immune system of the body. As most doctors would suggest, it is best to have at least 3-5 cups of green tea every day. Remember though that it takes years to be able to see any results or changes in the body so make sure you’re a regular green tea drinker!
