1. Consuming the Caffeine before you start :
Not many but some of us have a cup of coffee before the workout. Those who do will be guilty of having coffee before a workout. Having a hot cup of coffee can cause you to sweat much more on a sunny day than usual, leading to faster dehydration. So, skip the Java and replace it with a glass of water. It is best to hydrate your body with water before and after the workout. Water cools down the body and replaces fluids lost during the workout.

2. Wrong Clothing :
You should follow a strict rule when it comes to workout wear in humid weather. Avoid wearing heavy fabrics that will weigh you down. Also, replace your skin hugging, polyester gym wear with some loose cotton vests for a run. It is best to wear light-coloured cotton clothes while working out. Cotton is a breathable fabric that absorbs the sweat and keeps the body cool.

Whoever said that sunscreen is only for women is completely wrong. Exercise is essential for men, and so is the sunscreen. If you are exercising outdoors, sunscreen is a must (even for men!). The sun is pretty nasty even on a cloudy day. The harmful UV rays can dry and damage your skin. So, if you want to reduce the risk of a sunburn or patchy looking skin, don’t skimp out on the SPF.
