1. The Great Kiwi Beer Festival, New Zealand :

This beer extravaganza includes a line-up of New Zealand’s best musicians alongside all of your favourite brews – old and new. Besides eating and drinking, they have a lot of interesting seminars about NZ’s brewing history, how to judge a beer and how to pair cheese with beer. It takes place in Christchurch every January end and in Hamilton in the first week of March.

2. Belgian Beer Weekend, Brussels :

This festival takes place in the capital city of Belgium which is Brussels. The entire weekend is dedicated to Belgian beers. Small and big breweries present their beer at the Grand-Place. The entrance is free, you have to pay for the tastings. They also have live music. Brussels has been welcoming beer lovers since 15 years for a whole beer weekend. . It usually takes place in the first weekend of September.

3. Great British Beer Festival, London :

The Great British Beer Festival is an annual beer festival held in Olympia London. It presents a selection of cask ales and other alcoholic drinks from the UK and beyond. The festival offers entertainment such as live music and traditional pub games, as well as a variety of food stands. The festival is also home to the Champion Beer of Britain awards and is held in August of each year.

4. Oktoberfest, Munich :

Oktoberfest celebrations can be found all over the world, but the main event is in Munich, Germany, where the first Oktoberfest was held. It all began as a wedding celebration more than 200 years ago when Bavaria’s Crown Prince Ludwig married Princess Therese of Saxony-Hildburghausen on Oct. 12, 1810. The wedding was celebrated with multiple days of drinking, feasting and horse races. The celebration then became an annual event. Oktoberfest is the world’s largest beer celebration and typically draws over six million visitors over its three-week run. Oktoberfest includes massive beer tents, each run by a different Bavarian brewer, as well as amusement rides and activities. 5. Great American Beer Festival, Colorado :

It takes place in the capital of Colorado, Denver, typically held at the Colorado Convention Center. The Great American Beer Festival is the largest ticketed beer festival in the United States and one of the largest in the world. It brings visitors from around the world to sample thousands of different American craft beers. It is a three-day annual event that takes place in late September or early October.

It takes place in Montréal which is the largest city in Canada’s Québec province. It is also known as Festival Mondial de la bière. It offers an assortment of beer discovery activities, from guided tours to pairing workshops, all in a festive atmosphere that will satisfy the curious minds of beer lovers. It differs from other beer festivals since it exclusively offers international beers and a variety of options from Québec. This festival is usually held at the end of May every year.
