The 23-year-old lad, who made his National team debut in early 2015, has been associated with I-League Club Royal Wahingdoh for the last 4 years. Quite interestingly, this is the first time he will be playing for FC Pune City as a winger.Hailing from a humble background, his rise in this sport has been widely. Jackichand says he draws inspiration from fellowManapuri striker, Renedy Singh.

2. Robin Singh:

A member of team Delhi Dynamos, Robin is known for a very peculiar trait—playing with his left foot—a quality that makes him stand out on the field!Although he has scored a goal just once in 20 international matches, he is a beast of a striker whose specialty is using his physical stature to bully defenders. 3. Eugeneson Lyngdoh:

One of the most sought after players of the year, Eugene, as he is publicly known, is known for his speed on the field,and was voted as the best mid-fielder of I-league last year. As always, this 28-year-old is a definite attraction at the ISL 2015 as he gears up to play for FC Pune City as a central midfielder.

4. Sunil Chhetri:

This wildly popular 31-year old has been around in the football circuit for over a decade. He is the captain of the Indian national football team and their highest goalscorer of all time with 50 goals. A record-holding goalie, Chhetri plays for team Mumbai City as a striker in the ISL. In this edition, he will also be coached by former Chelsea player Nicolas, new manager of the team—something more to look forward to this year!

5. RinoAnto:

Rino made his national team debut on 11 June 2015 against Oman in a Group D game of the 2018 World Cup qualifier. Known for his perfect footwork on-field and his innate ability to cross-hit, he plays for Atletico de Kolkata FC as a defender. Anto is also considered one of the country’s best right-back players.
